Minneapolis Police have damaged up a loosely-organized violent downtown crime ring that centered on getting cell telephones from drunk individuals after which beating the victims.
Throughout a three-day sweep a few weeks in the past, cops arrested 16 individuals, one as younger as 13. The assailants punched, kicked and even rode over one man with a motorbike.
